Javonna MaeRhys

After 20 years in public education, rising from teacher to high school principal, I found myself exhausted—constantly pouring into others while my own well-being slipped away. Outwardly, I looked like I had it all together. In reality, I was running on empty.

It wasn’t just burnout. It was a misalignment between my ambition and my well-being. And I knew something had to change.

Through mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, I learned that pausing isn’t about slowing down—it’s about making space for what truly matters. I reclaimed my energy, redefined success on my own terms, and began making decisions from a place of clarity rather than exhaustion.
